Rick Fleming
July 3, 2022
On this episode, we interview Rick Fleming, or as I've always known him, Coach Rick. Outside of my parents, Coach Rick probably had the most influence on me during my youth, both athletically and as a person. In his mid-twenties, he decided to leave a professional baseball contract on the table to begin a career in education in Miami, where he and his family lost everything in Hurricane Andrew. It turns out leaving baseball to lead students and educators might have been the right decision as he has been named a finalist for Florida Principal of the Year for his development of a top program at West Shore Jr./Sr. High, which is the 4th ranked school in Florida and the 57th in the entire United States. Coach Rick is an incredible person with a lifetime of success that he shares so much of in this interview. Enjoy the episode!

Alexi Pappas
June 12, 2022
Alexi Pappas is the most well known person that we have had on our show thus far. She is an Olympian, film director, actor, and best selling author. Alexi has also dealt with extreme lows. Her mom committed suicide when she was five, and she has also dealt with depression and suicidal thoughts as an adult. She was kicked off her track team for her final two years of high school and was one of the worst runners at the start of her collegiate career. Obviously, she overcame all of this to become the rockstar we know today. On this episode, Alexi talks about her mom's suicide, overcoming depression, her Olympic journey, her book and movies, and a few of her future projects that we could see soon. Alexi is a beautiful soul that I am proud to have as a friend. I am so grateful that she trusted me and found the time to come record a podcast before our episodes even began releasing.
